Account Deletion Request

At JadnJal, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you are a user of the JadnJal mobile application or web portal and wish to delete your account and associated personal records, you can submit a request under this policy.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to our support team from the email address that is associated with your account.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently remove your information from our active databases:

• Account Credentials: Your authentication records, login metadata, and password hashes will be deleted.
• Profile Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and dashboard configurations will be wiped.
• Personal Identifiable Data: Any custom profiles, settings, or user details saved in our database.

How Long It Takes

Once we verify that you are the owner of the account, the deletion process will be initiated. Deletion requests are processed and completed within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
