• Account Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials (such as password or verification OTPs). You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
• Permitted Use: Use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable national and international regulations.
• Prohibited Conduct: You must not disrupt platform security, introduce viruses, scrape data, or impersonate other users or entities.

Reforestation & Donations

JadnJal offers users the opportunity to participate in and support reforestation initiatives by purchasing trees or donating funds.

• Tree Purchase & Verification: When you purchase a tree, JadnJal commits to planting the designated species and tracking its growth status. A personalized certificate will be issued to your account.
• Payment Gateway: Payments are processed securely via our integration with Razorpay. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us and our partner gateway to charge the selected payment method.
• Refund Policy: Since tree plantings require immediate allocation of land, logistics, and sapling procurement, all payments made towards tree-planting initiatives are final and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The platform design, logos, page templates, text content, graphical assets, codebase, and certificates are the exclusive intellectual property of JadnJal Agro Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written permission from JadnJal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JadnJal Agro Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to our secure servers and databases.
• Disruptions, downtime, or temporary suspension of platform services.
• Natural events or force majeure affecting tree growth, site access, or restoration properties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal actions, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
